T. Max O’Neill is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and is based in New York. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. O’Neill was an Associate in the tax group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, asset managers, real estate developers and private individuals, on a broad range of federal and state tax matters and transactions.

Mr. O’Neill received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
