Grace Nicosia is a Managing Director and Global Head of Enterprise Operations. She oversees facilities, real estate, construction, office services, physical security, travel, corporate cards, research, physical records, procurement for all related vendors and publishing for all offices globally.

Before joining Blackstone in 2015, Ms. Nicosia worked at Apollo, where she was the Global Head of Corporate Operations. Prior to that she had similar roles at the law firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Donna Karan.

Ms. Nicosia received an MBA from Hofstra University and a BA in Political Science from NYU.
