Nicholas Lee is a Managing Director of BAAM, responsible for the Aqua Fund. Mr. Lee works on global capital markets strategies.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Lee was a Partner at Moon Capital Management, where he was responsible for building and growing the firm’s global capital markets business, and senior sell-side broker relationships. Prior to Moon Capital Management, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Equity Capital Markets Syndicate at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he oversaw the origination and execution of equity capital markets transactions for the region and was a member of the region’s Equity Executive Committee. During his time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in both New York and Hong Kong, Mr. Lee led numerous initial public offerings and numerous other equity capital raising transactions on stock exchanges in North and South America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
