Dan Klein is a Managing Director of Blackstone.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Klein had been at CAM Capital which he joined in 2014 where he oversaw high yield and distressed investments, as well as investing in private debt and equity and real estate. Prior to joining CAM, Mr. Klein worked as an Analyst at Par IV Capital and a Managing Director Highbridge Principal Strategies, where he worked for six years investing in a variety of debt securities.  Mr. Klein also practiced law at Cleary, Gottlieb before moving to Lazard, where he worked in the restructuring group. 

Mr. Klein graduated from Princeton University in 1992 and Yale Law School in 1996.
