Jonathan Feiler is a Managing Director and serves as the Chief Operating Officer of BAAM’s Special Situations investing business.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Feiler was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Arosa Capital Management LP, where he was responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters. Before joining Arosa, Mr. Feiler worked in the Investment Management group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2007 until 2015 where he represented private investment funds in connection with structuring, investor negotiation and ongoing legal issues, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.

Mr. Feiler received a JD from Boston University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany.
